Terms and Conditions

1. Offers / Agreements

1.1 All offers from Fly Supply are without obligation and Fly Supply reserves the right to change prices at any time.
1.2 An agreement is concluded after acceptance of the order by Fly Supply. Fly Supply reserves the right to refuse orders or to attach conditions to the order.

2. Payment options

2.1 With your payment you can choose from the following options:

  • iDeal
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Payment in the shop in Lelystad

3. Prices

3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of administration / shipping costs.
3.2 The invoice of your order can be found in your account page, located at https://flysupply.nl/account/. The invoice is visible once your order has been processed by us.
3.3 If payment for your order is not received within 14 days, the relevant order will be deleted and the goods will no longer be delivered to the customer. The order will then have to be reordered.

4. Delivery

4.1 At Fly Supply we guarantee a fast delivery.
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed and paid for on working days before 4 p.m. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. If for any reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

In general, you will receive the order within a few working days. Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. However, it is possible that there is a delay at PostNL (through which the shipments are sent). We cannot take any responsibility for this.

Picking up your order is also possible. We will schedule an appointment with you for this.

Accidentally provided a wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

5. Returns

5.1 Reflection time / return
It may happen that you want to return (part of your) order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want (part of) the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return (part of) your order up to 14 days after receipt (your right of withdrawal).

5.1.1 Conditions for returns

  • Before you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact Fly Supply via e-mail: returns@flysupply.nl. We can look at the next steps together with you.
  • If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to Fly Supply with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Always fill in the Returns Form. This can be found at https://flysupply.nl/retour/
  • If the returned product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, the costs for the depreciation will be passed on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for a return.
  • The costs to return (part of) your order are for your own account. For the exact rates, consult the website of your carrier.
  • You can also return or exchange a product in the store during the opening hours of the store.

5.1.2 Refunds
You can choose to be credited for the amount of the returned products or use a voucher for the value of the returned products, taking into account any depreciation.

We will always refund the amount in the way the amount was originally paid. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

5.1.3 Do you want to exchange a product?
It is possible to exchange a product. You can contact info@flysupply.nl for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

6. Guarantee

6.1 Fly Supply only supplies high-quality products. If it happens that the customer is not satisfied, the products can be returned and the case will be processed.
6.2 Returning money is not possible.

7. Privacy Statement

7.1 Protection of your data
Fly Supply considers the protection of the data of its customers extremely important. We therefore ensure that the personal information you provide to us is always treated confidentially and that your privacy is guaranteed. Below we give you some more information about our privacy policy.

7.2 The use of your data
When you order via the Fly Supply site, we need some information from you. On the basis of this information, we can process your order and keep you informed of the status of your order. The personal data you enter in this way will only be used by us for processing your orders. Fly Supply never passes on customer data and does not sell or rent it to third parties. Further use, such as for newsletters, is also excluded without your express consent.
